Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please come to the hospital immediately. If possible call us on your way here to let us know about your pet's particular emergency.
We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty 6 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has. Usually, an emergency team consists of at least one veterinarian and several technicians working together to save a pet's life. Emergencies can be things such as snake bite poisoning, hit by a car, and chocolate ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to come in immediately. If possible call us on your way here to let us know about your pet's particular emergency.
We are available for walk-in urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening, but you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment. Our veterinarians will work with you and your pet in between our scheduled appointments. When you arrive our receptionists will be able to give you an estimate on how long you may have to wait in order to be seen. Walk-in hours are 8:30 am to 11:30 am and again at 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
We also provide a ‘drop off’ service at no extra charge to our clients. This is an especially helpful option for clients that need their pet seen while they are at work. Drop off hours are between 7 am and 4:30 pm. (Please note that very late drop offs may require an overnight stay with an additional boarding fee).

Crossroads Animal Hospital accepts payment via cash, check, debit and credit MasterCard and Visa, American Express and Discover. We are now also accepting Care Credit. If you don't currently have a Care Credit card, we can help you apply for immediate approval. So that we can continue to provide you with high-quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered.
We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.
Crossroads Animal Hospital would like to offer special savings to our clients!
Monday through Saturday we offer a Senior Citizens Savings of 10%, with the exception of Thursday, which is 15%.
We appreciate the men and women who serve our country, so we offer a Military Savings of 10%. Just show us your Military ID when you come in.
If you have three or more active pets, we also offer a Multi-Pet savings of 10% as well. We will have to have a doctor-patient relationship with the three pets within the last year in order to apply that savings to your account.
There are no double savings ( i.e. canine or feline specials with a senior savings), you will be given the best savings for your visit.
